Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Growth OS, a software service provided by dbVantage ("we", "us"). By using Growth OS or connecting a business system to it, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("you").
1. The service
Growth OS brings sales, marketing, customer and financial information into one workspace for your company. It is provided to companies that have an agreement with dbVantage, and access is limited to the people your company authorizes.
2. Connected systems
You can connect third-party systems such as QuickBooks Online, Pipedrive and Google Analytics. When you connect one, you confirm that you're authorized to grant that access for your company. Growth OS uses each connection only to read the information needed to show it in your workspace. It does not create, change or delete records in your accounting system. You can disconnect at any time in Growth OS under Integrations, or from the connected system itself.
Third-party systems are governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of the data they provide.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to run Growth OS for you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Growth OS to break the law, to access data you aren't permitted to access, or to interfere with the service or other users. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
5. Insights and recommendations
Growth OS shows figures drawn from your connected systems and suggestions generated from them. Suggestions are informational. They aren't financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and you're responsible for the decisions you make.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Growth OS available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may update the service and these terms; we'll post the new date above when we do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, dbVantage isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Growth OS. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Growth OS in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Growth OS and disconnect your systems at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. When your use ends, we delete the access tokens for your connected systems.
